Experimentation Program

An experimentation program is the ongoing operating practice of planning, running, analyzing, and archiving controlled tests on a web property, owned by a named team with a shared release cadence.

A program is not a tool. Teams that treat their testing tool as their program tend to run tests; teams that treat the practice as the program tend to change outcomes.
