What I'm focused on right now

Most of my Q3 is going into answer engine optimization: figuring out what actually earns a citation when an LLM answers a buying question instead of a search engine returning ten blue links. At work that means restructuring llms.txt, reading agent traffic in the logs like it's a new acquisition channel — because it is — and building a test framework so this stays an experimentation problem rather than a belief problem. The test I'm most curious about right now: whether an honestly balanced comparison table, one where we don't win every row, gets cited more often than the sales-optimized version that does. The early read is that third-party review sites dominate these answers precisely because they look objective, which is an uncomfortable and useful thing for a vendor to sit with. I'm publishing what I learn as I go rather than waiting until I have a tidy conclusion.
